Shipping and returns

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated as a lump sum:
National shipping: 5,95 € (Germany)
Europe country group A: 11,95 € (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria)
Europe country group B: 14,95 € (Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary)
International shipping: 50 € (all other countries)

Delivery time

We usually deliver national orders within 2-5 business days. Should there be any delays, we will inform you immediately.

Exchange/ Return

If you do not like an item or it does not fit, you can return it to us at your own expense. Please enclose the completed and printed cancellation form with the package.
